New recipe: Pulled Pork!

New year, new recipes! We’ve been working hard to create the perfect combination when it comes to our Pulled pork. Finding that perfect balance of tenderness while still maintaining full flavour took many attempts to get absolutely perfect.

We slow cook our pork on a low heat overnight, more than 8 hours for the meat to tenderise and soak in the seasoning. The seasoning is a combination of warming spices with favourites such as smoked paprika & chipotle chillies. Once it’s ready, it's shredded using forks, yes it’s that tender! It's incredible in our burritos and bowls, give it a kick of spice with our mango scorpion sauce if you’re feeling brave!
